At Illustrator Stuff, we believe in transparency, and we’re committed to being upfront about our privacy practices, including how we treat personal information we collect or receive. This policy explains our privacy practices for IllustratorStuff.com (the “Site”), and services provided by Super Mega Corp. DBA Illustrator Stuff. (“Illustrator Stuff”). By visiting the Site, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these other websites.

Information Collected or Received

Illustrator Stuff will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy. As an Illustrator Stuff user you are required to provide at least a valid email address at registration, purchase, or inquiry, and you may be required to choose a username or alias that may represent your identity on Illustrator Stuff.

Depending on which services you choose to use, Illustrator Stuff may require additional information, such as an account name or handle, billing and payment information (including billing address, telephone number, credit card information, or account for payment/charges), a telephone number, and/or a physical postal address. Credit card/billing information on an account may be stored and used for both billing and payment purposes. Illustrator Stuff may contact individual account owners to confidentially request more information about their accounts or Goods listed on the Site, to ensure compliance with our rules. Your username, Illustrator Stuff ID or alias is publicly displayed and connected to your Illustrator Stuff activity. Other people may see your date joined, reviews, ratings, profile information, Goods listed for sale, account pages, and comments on the Site.

Illustrator Stuff automatically receives and records some information from your browser or your mobile device when you visit the Site, such as your IP address or unique device identifier, cookies and data about which pages you visit on the Site or on the Apps. Information of this type helps Illustrator Stuff: (1) analyze and understand how the Site works for users and visitors; (2) improve automated processes, and; (3) improve the experience for users and visitors.

Illustrator Stuff may receive or collect information (for example: an email address) about a person who is not yet a registered Illustrator Stuff user (a “non-user”) in connection with certain Illustrator Stuff features, including but not limited to: a non-user subscribing to an Illustrator Stuff newsletter, a user inviting a non-user to visit the Site, or a non-user engaging in a transaction. Non-user information is used only for the purpose it was originally submitted to Illustrator Stuff. A non-user can contact Illustrator Stuff Support if they do not want Illustrator Stuff to retain their information. Once such a request is validated, Illustrator Stuff will initiate the process of purging of all active data possibly related to the request.

Illustrator Stuff uses the information described in this policy to provide and improve our services and products, for billing and payments, for identification and authentication, for targeted online marketing, to contact users or interested parties, and for general research and aggregate reporting.

Illustrator Stuff’s Terms of Use require all account owners to be at least 18 years of age (or have the permission and supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian), therefore, this policy does not discuss use of our Site or services by minors.

Choice & Control

Illustrator Stuff knows our users value having control over their information, and therefore Illustrator Stuff gives you the choice of providing, editing or removing certain information, as well as choice over how we contact you. You may change or correct related Illustrator Stuff account information (except your username) on the Site. You may also remove certain optional visible information on the Site to disable public visibility.

For various reasons, Illustrator Stuff may contact you about Illustrator Stuff’s services or your activity. If you no longer wish to use Illustrator Stuff’s services or receive service-related messages, then you may close the account, by contacting Illustrator Stuff.

Messages from Illustrator Stuff

On occasion, Illustrator Stuff will contact you. Primarily, messages are delivered by email, and every account is required to keep a valid email address on file to receive messages. In some situations, Illustrator Stuff may contact you by telephone, physical mail in order to provide you with support or important notifications. You may update your contact preferences in your account settings. Some messages from Illustrator Stuff are service-related and required for users. Examples of service-related messages include, but are not limited to: a welcome/confirmation email when you register your account, notification of an order, or correspondence with Illustrator Stuff’s support team. These messages are not promotional in nature. You may not opt-out of receiving service-related messages from Illustrator Stuff, unless you close your account. Illustrator Stuff may also send you news or updates about changes to our Site or services. By default, users will receive these messages via email, but you may choose to opt-out of getting certain messages through the settings on your Illustrator Stuff account or via third party services used for communicating as contracted by Illustrator Stuff.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

Illustrator Stuff will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy. Illustrator Stuff uses best practices to control data and secure all information.

Illustrator Stuff limits access to your personal information to employees and contractors who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

As part of the buying and selling process, Illustrator Stuff will facilitate the sharing of information between the two users involved in the transaction. As part of the buying or selling process, you may obtain another Illustrator Stuff user's email address, shipping address, payment information, and/or other information. As described in Illustrator Stuff's Terms of Use, you have a limited license to use this information only for Illustrator Stuff-related communications or for Illustrator Stuff-facilitated transactions. Illustrator Stuff has not granted you a license to use the information for unsolicited commercial messages. Without express consent from that person, you must not add any Illustrator Stuff user to your email or physical mailing list.

Illustrator Stuff may release your personal information to a third-party in order to protect, establish, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; comply with a subpoena, court order, legal process, or other legal requirement; or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, threats to our property, or violations of Illustrator Stuff's Terms of Use. We may disclose personally identifiable information to parties in compliance with our policies, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. In such events, Illustrator Stuff may disclose an email address, company name and records associated with a user or account.

In some cases, Illustrator Stuff may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions (such as a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of Illustrator Stuff’s assets), user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. In the event that Illustrator Stuff transfers information about you, Illustrator Stuff will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the Site, and you will be afforded an opportunity to opt-out before information about you becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Third-party plug-ins also may collect information about your use of the Site. For example, when you a load a page on Illustrator Stuff that has a social plug-in from a third-party site or service, such as a Like or Send button, you are also loading content from that third-party site. That site may request cookies directly from your browser. These interactions are subject to the privacy policy of the third-party site. In addition, certain cookies and other tracking mechanisms on our site are used by third parties for targeted online marketing and other purposes. These technologies allow a partner to recognize your computer or mobile device each time you visit Illustrator Stuff, but do not allow access to personally identifiable information from Illustrator Stuff. Illustrator Stuff does not have access or control over these third-party technologies, and they are not covered by our privacy policy. If you prefer to prevent third parties from setting and accessing cookies on your computer, you may set your browser to block cookies or take appropriate action to secure identity. Additionally, you may remove yourself from the targeted advertising of companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance program by opting out here, or via resources provided in communication. We can only speak for ourselves; this policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Illustrator Stuff does not own or control, or individuals that Illustrator Stuff does not employ or manage. If you provide your information to others on Illustrator Stuff or throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the information you provide to them. Illustrator Stuff does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. Illustrator Stuff is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other websites on the Internet, even those linked to or from the Illustrator Stuff Site or Applications. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.


Your Illustrator Stuff account information is protected by a password. It is important that you protect against unauthorized access of your account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and computer secure by signing out after using our services.

Illustrator Stuff follows generally accepted industry standards and best practices to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once Illustrator Stuff receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention

Illustrator Stuff will retain your information only for as long as is necessary or your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you no longer want Illustrator Stuff to use your information to provide you services, you may close your account. Illustrator Stuff will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may inform us of any changes or requests in regards to your personal data, and in accordance with our obligations under local data protection law, we may update or delete your personal data accordingly.

Privacy Policy Changes

Illustrator Stuff reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it periodically. We’ll communicate changes by posting a notice on the Site. If we make material changes to this policy, prior to the change becoming effective, you will be notified here, by email, or other places Illustrator Stuff deems appropriate.
